What we collect
When you request early access we collect the work email address you submit, plus any company or role details you choose to share. We also collect standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and abuse prevention.
Why we collect it
To contact you about early access, schedule a walkthrough, and send product updates relevant to your request. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train shared AI models.
How long we keep it
Early access details are retained while your request is open and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@oprx.ai. Where applicable, you may also object to processing or request data portability.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted on a least-privilege basis, and all access is logged. oprx.ai is operated by ITSEC.
