Question 1

What is oprx.ai, in one sentence?

Accepted Answer

It is an AI operating layer that sits underneath the tools you already run and gives every department one shared, current picture of the business — plus agents that can act on it.

Question 2

Do I have to replace my current tools?

Accepted Answer

No. Your CRM, ledger, HRIS and ticketing stay where they are. We unify what they hold, and write changes back to them as write-back rolls out connector by connector.

Question 3

Which departments are covered?

Accepted Answer

Sales, finance, marketing, operations, HR, cybersecurity, IT, supply and a cross-department AI layer. You can start with one department and add the rest later.

Question 4

How is this different from a chatbot bolted onto our tools?

Accepted Answer

A copilot answers questions inside one app. oprx.ai reads across every connected system, proposes actions, routes them through your approval rules, and records what happened.

Question 5

Can we build our own workflows?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Departments define the actions their agents may propose, and admins set the rules that decide which of those run automatically and which wait for a human.

Question 6

What if we run an unusual or in-house system?

Accepted Answer

Use the open API and webhooks to push and pull data. If enough early-access customers run the same system, we build a first-class connector for it.

Question 7

Does everyone get their own dashboard?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Operators see their own feed, department owners see their department, and workspace admins see everything plus the rules that govern it.

Question 8

Can the AI act without approval?

Accepted Answer

Only where you allow it. Every agent runs inside your permissions, and anything it does is recorded in the audit trail.

Question 9

How do approval rules work?

Accepted Answer

Admins create prioritised rules that match a department, an action type and a condition — for example an amount over a threshold. The first matching rule decides whether the action runs automatically or waits for an approver.

Question 10

Can thresholds differ per department?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each rule is scoped to a department and an action type, so finance can require approval above one figure while marketing runs freely below another.

Question 11

What happens when an agent is unsure?

Accepted Answer

It stops and raises the item to the approval queue with its reasoning and the data it used, instead of guessing.

Question 12

What does the audit trail record?

Accepted Answer

Who or what proposed the action, which rule matched and why, who decided, when, any note they left, and the payload involved.

Question 13

Can we undo an agent action?

Accepted Answer

Decisions and their payloads stay in history, so you can see exactly what changed and reverse it in the source system. Reversible write-back is being added connector by connector.

Question 14

Where does my data actually live?

Accepted Answer

In a dedicated data core pinned to the region you choose. It is encrypted at rest and in transit, and isolated per tenant.

Question 15

Is my data used to train models?

Accepted Answer

No. Your data is never used to train shared or third-party models.

Question 16

Who inside my company can see what?

Accepted Answer

Access follows the permissions in your source systems plus workspace roles. Field-level permissions mean an agent only reads what the requesting person is allowed to read.

Question 17

How long do you retain data, and can we delete it?

Accepted Answer

Retention is set per workspace, and you can request full deletion at any time. Deleting a connection removes the data synced through it.

Question 18

What is your compliance posture?

Accepted Answer

We build to GDPR requirements with regional residency, encryption and audit logging in place today. Formal certification work is in progress — we will share the current status and our sub-processor list on request rather than claim a badge we do not yet hold.

Question 19

Do you run security testing?

Accepted Answer

Yes — internal review on every release, dependency scanning, and independent testing scheduled as part of the certification work above. Findings and remediation status are available to customers under NDA.

Question 20

How long does onboarding take?

Accepted Answer

Most teams connect their first systems in a single session. Full coverage across every department depends on how many systems you run and how clean the data is.

Question 21

What do you need from our IT team?

Accepted Answer

An admin who can authorise each connector once. There is no agent to install, no middleware to host and no network changes.

Question 22

Can we start with a pilot?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and we recommend it. Pick one department, connect its systems, run in read-only mode, then switch on actions once the approval rules look right.

Question 23

Is there a data migration?

Accepted Answer

No. Your systems of record stay as they are — we read from them rather than move you off them.

Question 24

How much training do staff need?

Accepted Answer

Most people use one command bar and their own dashboard. Admins get a walkthrough of rules, roles and the audit trail during onboarding.

Question 25

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is set per organisation during early access, based on modules and volume. Request access and we will walk you through it directly.

Question 26

How does early access work?

Accepted Answer

Invitations go out in waves. Early-access customers get onboarding support and set the order in which we build the next connectors.

Question 27

Are we locked into a long contract?

Accepted Answer

No. Early-access terms are deliberately short so you can stop if it is not working for you.

Question 28

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

Companies large enough that no single person can see the whole business any more — typically 50 to 5,000 employees, across any industry.

Question 29

What happens when early access ends?

Accepted Answer

Your workspace continues on standard terms, and early-access pricing is honoured for the period we agree with you up front.
